Wedding photography

Option One - £750.00

The Option One Package includes:

·         Alexa meeting the couple prior to the wedding to discuss the details of the day and the couple’s requirements.

·         On the day of the wedding Alexa will visit the Bride while she gets ready for the big day surrounded by family and friends, capturing the small details that make the day so special.

·         Alexa will then leave the Bride and meet up with the groom and his groomsmen, time permitting Alexa will capture some informal groups with the Groom as well as speaking to the Minister/Registrar to confirm their requirements of the photography.

·         When the Bride arrives Alexa will be ready to capture her arrival with her Bridesmaids and family.

·         The Minister/Registrar has the final say over the photography during the service, Alexa will make sure to capture as much as possible within their constraints.

·         After the ceremony Alexa will photograph your formal groups, list of groups given to Alexa prior to the wedding day; the formal groups can either be at the ceremony venue or the reception.  It is always helpful to have a member of the Bridal party, possibly the Best Man, to help co-ordinate the groups, this can make everything flow a lot quicker.

·         Alexa will then try to capture impromptu groups of family and friends while they catch up over drinks, as well as photographing all the small details that go into making the day so memorable.

·         While all the guests are talking, Alexa will take the couple to a quiet location to photograph them away from the hustle and bustle of the party.

·         The last thing will be the mock cutting of the cake, before the couple rejoins their guests to enjoy their special day.

·         About 2 weeks after the wedding Alexa will arrange to meet the newlyweds to hand over a DVD of all the images from the day, for which you will own the copyright.  The images will all be of a high resolution so ready to print up to A3 size; they will also be amended and enhanced.

·         At the same time all the images will also be available to your guests on the website.

Option Two - £1400.00

The Option Two Package includes:

·         All of the above, plus . . . .

·         An A3 sized, beautifully designed, 40-page, bespoke digital wedding album.  These albums can hold as many of your images as you like and comes with its own presentation box.

·         And, 2 A6 sized, hardcover Parent Albums, with exactly the same beautiful design and images as the main album.

Portraiture (families, children, babies, pregnancy) - £150.00.  This includes:

• 2 Hours for either a studio session, or alternatively at a venue chosen by you.
• A DVD of all the images from the session, for which you will own the copyright.  The images will all be of a high resolution so ready to print up to A3 size; they will also be amended and enhanced.
• All the images will be available on the website for you to share with family and friends.  The website images can be password protected if you wish.
